Stat. tit. 59, § 59-46.30","heading":"Licensing of landscape architects - Temporary licenses -","body":"Certificate of qualification.\n\nThe Board shall license, as a landscape architect, each\n\napplicant who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Board his or\n\nher qualification and competence or in any case the Board decides\n\nthe interest of the public will be served for such license as\n\nprovided in equivalent standards for education, training and\n\nexamination in this act and the Board's current rules or in\n\ncompliance with the Post-Military Service Occupation, Education and\n\nCredentialing Act.
