Each landscape architect shall have a seal, the image of\n\nwhich shall contain the name of the landscape architect, the\n\nperson's license number and the words \"Licensed Landscape Architect,\n\nState of Oklahoma\". All technical submissions prepared by such\n\nlandscape architect, or under the responsible control of the\n\nlandscape architect, shall be sealed, signed and dated, which shall\n\nmean that the landscape architect was in responsible control over\n\nthe content of such technical submissions during their preparation\n\nand has applied the required professional standard of care. No\n\nlandscape architect may sign or seal technical submissions unless\n\nthey were prepared by or under the responsible control of the\n\nlandscape architect, except that:\n\n1. The person may sign or seal those portions of the technical\n\nsubmissions under the responsible control of persons who are\n\nlicensed under the State Architectural and Licensed Interior\n\nDesigners Act if the landscape architect has reviewed and adapted in\n\nwhole or in part such portions and has either coordinated their\n\npreparation or integrated them into the work; and\n\n2. The person may sign or seal those portions of the technical\n\nsubmissions that are not required to be prepared by or under the\n\nresponsible control of a landscape architect if the landscape\n\narchitect has reviewed and adapted in whole or in part such\n\nsubmissions and integrated them into the work. The seal may be a\n\nrubber stamp or may be generated electronically pursuant to rules\n\nadopted by the Board.\n\nB. All drawings, specifications, plans, reports or other papers\n\nor documents involving the practice of landscape architecture, shall\n\nbe dated and bear the signature and seal of the landscape architect\n\nor landscape architects who prepared or approved them. It is\n\npermissible to only sign, seal and date documents on the first sheet\n\nof bound sets of drawings, with index of drawings included, title\n\npage of specifications, and other drawings and contract documents in\n\na manner consistent with this act and rules of the Board.\n\nC. The seal, signature and date of the landscape architect may\n\nbe applied to tracings to produce legible reproduction of the\n\ndrawings or to reprints made from the tracings. This provision,\n\nhowever, does not in any manner modify the requirements of the other\n\nsubsections of this section.\n\nD. The license of a landscape architect shall not permit the\n\npractice of architecture, engineering or land surveying, except that\n\nwhich is incidental, meaning less than ten percent (10%) of the\n\ntotal cost of the total project, to the practice of landscape\n\narchitecture.
