Stat. tit. 59, § 59-46.42","heading":"Licensed Interior Designer seal","body":"Each licensed interior designer shall have a seal, the image of\n\nwhich must contain the name of the licensed interior designer, the\n\nperson's license number and the words, \"Licensed Interior Designer,\n\nState of Oklahoma\". All technical submissions prepared by such\n\nlicensed interior designer, or under the responsible control of the\n\nlicensed interior designer, shall be sealed, signed and dated, which\n\nshall mean that the licensed interior designer was in responsible\n\ncontrol over the content of such technical submissions during their\n\npreparation and has applied the required professional standard of\n\ncare, unless prepared under the responsible control of an architect\n\nlicensed in this state and signed and sealed by that licensed\n\narchitect. No licensed interior designer may sign or seal interior\n\ntechnical submissions unless they were prepared by or under the\n\nresponsible control of the licensed interior designer, except that:\n\n1. The person may sign or seal those portions of the technical\n\nsubmissions that were prepared by or under the responsible control\n\nof persons who are licensed under the State Architectural and\n\nLicensed Interior Designers Act if the licensed interior designer\n\nhas reviewed and adapted in whole or in part such portions and has\n\neither coordinated their preparation or integrated them into the\n\nwork. The seal may be a rubber stamp or may be generated\n\nelectronically, pursuant to rules adopted by the Board; and\n\n2.
