Stat. tit. 59, § 59-46.6","heading":"Meetings - Officers - Salary - Quorum","body":"The Board shall hold regular meetings with the dates, times and\n\nplace to be fixed by the Board. The Board shall hold a regular\n\nmeeting in June of each year, which meeting shall be the annual\n\nmeeting, at which time it shall elect its officers for the next\n\nfiscal year and conduct all other business required under this act.\n\nAt the regular meeting of the Board herein in June of each year, the\n\nBoard shall elect from its membership a chair, a vice-chair and a\n\nsecretary-treasurer, each of whom shall serve until such officer's\n\nrespective successor shall have been elected and shall have\n\nqualified. The position of the secretary-treasurer shall not count\n\nagainst the agency’s full-time-equivalent limits authorized by the\n\nLegislature. The chair shall preside at all meetings of the Board\n\nand shall perform such other duties as the Board may prescribe. The\n\nsecretary-treasurer shall receive a monthly salary to be fixed by\n\nthe Board and shall be reimbursed pursuant to the State Travel\n\nReimbursement Act for travel and other expenses which shall have\n\nbeen incurred while in the performance of the duties of this office.\n\nSix Board members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of\n\nbusiness.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"b9457bf39378d21fd061b41944c987570aec0438ed631d71d68137e75fcecd92","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-46.4v2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-46.7"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
