Examinations shall be held at such times and places as the\n\nBoard directs and/or in accordance with NCEES examination policy.\n\nB. Examinations may be taken only after the applicant has met\n\nother minimum requirements as set forth in Sections 475.12a, 475.12b\n\nand 475.12c of this title, and has been authorized to seek admission\n\nthrough NCEES or approved by the Board for admission to one or more\n\nof the following examinations:\n\n1. NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination;\n\n2. NCEES Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE)\n\nexamination;\n\n3. NCEES Structural Engineering (SE) examination;\n\n4. NCEES Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) examination;\n\n5. NCEES Principles and Practice of Surveying (PS) examination;\n\n6. Oklahoma Law and Surveying (OLS) examination; and\n\n7. Oklahoma Law and Engineering (OLE) examination.\n\nC. A candidate failing an NCEES examination may apply for re-\n\nexamination in accordance with NCEES policy. A candidate failing a\n\nBoard examination may apply for re-examination as directed by the\n\nBoard and Board policy.\n\nD. The applicant shall pay all NCEES examination fees per\n\npublished NCEES policies and procedures.\n\nE. The Board may prepare and adopt specifications for the\n\nexaminations in engineering and surveying. They shall be made\n\navailable to any person interested in being licensed as a\n\nprofessional engineer or as a professional surveyor.\n\nF.
