The Board shall issue licenses and certificates of authority\n\nfor firms for a term of twenty-four (24) months.\n\nB. A license or certificate of authority may be renewed up to\n\nsixty (60) days prior to the expiration date. Renewal and\n\nreinstatement fees and conditions shall be established by Board\n\nrules.\n\nC.
