Stat. tit. 59, § 59-475.4","heading":"Qualifications of Board members","body":"Each professional engineer member of the Board shall be a\n\ncitizen of the United States and resident of this state. The member\n\nshall have been engaged in the lawful practice of engineering as a\n\nprofessional engineer for at least ten (10) years. The member shall\n\nhave been in responsible charge of engineering projects for at least\n\nfive (5) years and shall be a licensed professional engineer in this\n\nstate. Not more than two professional engineer board members shall\n\nhave the same primary area of competence designated in the Board\n\nrecords. A minimum of one professional engineer board member shall\n\nbe a Professional Structural Engineer. Each professional surveyor\n\nmember of the Board shall be a citizen of the United States and a\n\nresident of this state. The member shall have been engaged in the\n\nlawful practice of surveying as a professional surveyor for at least\n\nten (10) years.
