Stat. tit. 59, § 59-480","heading":"Short title - Intent - Definitions","body":"Sections 481 through 518 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nshall be known and may be cited as the \"Oklahoma Allopathic Medical\n\nand Surgical Licensure and Supervision Act\". It is the intent that\n\nthis act shall apply only to allopathic and surgical practices and\n\nto exclude any other healing practices. Allopathy is a method of\n\ntreatment practiced by recipients of the degree of Doctor of\n\nMedicine, but specifically excluding homeopathy.
