The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may\n\nappoint a Board secretary to carry out the statutory duties of the\n\nOklahoma Allopathic Medical and Surgical Licensure and Supervision\n\nAct. The Board may hire the secretary as an employee of the Board\n\nat such hours of employment and compensation as determined by the\n\nBoard. The secretary shall be a licensed allopathic physician. The\n\nsecretary shall not be a member of the Board and shall not vote on\n\nBoard actions.\n\nB. The secretary of the Board shall preserve a true record of\n\nthe official proceedings of the meetings of the Board. He or she\n\nshall also preserve a record of physicians licensed, applying for\n\nsuch license, or applying for reinstatement of such license in this\n\nstate showing:\n\n1. Age;\n\n2. Ethnic origin;\n\n3. Sex;\n\n4. Place of practice and residence;\n\n5. The time spent in premedical and medical study, together\n\nwith the names of the schools attended, and the date of graduation\n\ntherefrom, with the degrees granted;\n\n6. The grades made in examination for license or grades filed\n\nin application therefor; and\n\n7. A record of the final disposition of each application for\n\nlicensure.\n\nC. The Board may hire a licensed physician to serve as a\n\nmedical advisor to the Board and the Board staff.
