Stat. tit. 59, § 59-488","heading":"Meetings of Board - Determining qualifications of","body":"applicants.\n\nA. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may\n\nhold regular meetings at times to be fixed by the president and\n\nsecretary of the Board in accordance with the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Open Meeting Act. In addition, the president and secretary\n\nmay call such special and other meetings in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. A majority of the\n\nmembers of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction\n\nof business but a less number may adjourn from time to time until a\n\nquorum is present.\n\nB. No meeting as provided for in subsection A of this section\n\nshall be required for the determination of the qualifications of an\n\napplicant for a certificate or license issued for all licenses under\n\nthe legislative jurisdiction of the Board. Each member of the Board\n\nauthorized to vote on licensure may review the qualifications of the\n\napplicant during times other than when a regular or special meeting\n\nis held, to determine the sufficiency of said qualifications. Each\n\nmember shall notify the secretary of his findings, in writing.
