No person who is granted a special license or a special\n\ntraining license shall practice outside the limitations of the\n\nlicense.\n\nB. To be eligible for special or special training licensure,\n\nthe applicant shall have completed all the requirements for full and\n\nunrestricted medical licensure except graduate education and/or\n\nlicensing examination or other requirements relative to the basis\n\nfor the special license or special training license.\n\nC. By rule, the State Board of Medical Licensure and\n\nSupervision shall establish restrictions for special and special\n\ntraining licensure to assure that the holder will practice only\n\nunder appropriate circumstances as set by the Board.\n\nD. A special license or special training license shall be\n\nrenewable annually upon the approval of the Board and upon the\n\nevaluation of performance in the special circumstances upon which\n\nthe special license or special training license was granted.\n\nE. The issuance of a special license or a special training\n\nlicense shall not be construed to imply that a full and unrestricted\n\nmedical license will be issued at a future date.\n\nF. All other provisions of the Oklahoma Allopathic Medical and\n\nSurgical Licensure and Supervision Act shall apply to holders of\n\nspecial licenses or special training licenses.\n\nG.
