Stat. tit. 59, § 59-495i","heading":"Physician Preceptor Tax Credit Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision to be\n\ndesignated the “Physician Preceptor Tax Credit Revolving Fund”. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of the monies received by the Board\n\nfrom a portion of licensure fees received from allopathic physicians\n\nunder subsection I of Section 1 of this act. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and the fund shall be\n\nused to make a transfer payment to the Oklahoma Tax Commission in an\n\namount equal to the amount of tax credits awarded pursuant to this\n\nact. The Oklahoma Tax Commission shall apportion monies transferred\n\nfrom the fund in the same manner as provided by Section 2352 of\n\nTitle 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Monies in the fund which are not\n\nrequired for payment of administrative expenses to the Health Care\n\nWorkforce Training Commission, which shall not exceed five percent\n\n(5%) of monies apportioned to the fund, or which are not required to\n\nbe transferred to the Oklahoma Tax Commission as otherwise required\n\nby this act to offset the revenue impacted by the use of the income\n\ntax credits awarded pursuant to Section 1 of this act may be used to\n\nimplement programs required or authorized by law.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"56ea266a95745f1355e0508aefa1e68507019057ca257bfcdb5e7e416b0697df","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-495h","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-497"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
