Stat. tit. 59, § 59-503.2","heading":"Authority to prescribe administrative remedies for","body":"licensee violations.\n\nA. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may\n\npromulgate rules to create administrative remedies for licensee\n\nviolations of statutory or regulatory prescribed unprofessional\n\nconduct.\n\nB. The Board is authorized to prescribe by rule administrative\n\nremedies, disciplinary actions and administrative procedures to\n\nprovide remedies and disciplinary actions for licensee violations of\n\nstatutory or regulatory prescribed unprofessional conduct, to\n\ninclude fines up to the limits otherwise prescribed by statute or\n\nrule.\n\nC. Any such administrative action rules promulgated by the\n\nBoard shall provide procedure:\n\n1. For the licensee to contest or dispute any administrative\n\naction;\n\n2. For procedures for resolution of any such contest or\n\ndispute; and\n\n3. For appropriate protection of private information consistent\n\nwith state and federal law.\n\nD.
