Stat. tit. 59, § 59-505","heading":"State as party to actions - Board as trial body - Rulings","body":"- Record.\n\nIt is hereby provided that the State of Oklahoma is a proper and\n\nnecessary party in the prosecution of all such actions and hearings\n\nbefore the Board in all matters pertaining to unprofessional conduct\n\nunder the contemplation of this act, and the Attorney General of the\n\nstate, in person, or by deputy, is authorized and directed to appear\n\nin behalf thereof and the defendant in such action shall have the\n\nright to be represented by counsel. The Board shall sit as a trial\n\nbody and the rulings of the president thereof in all questions shall\n\nbe the rulings of the Board, unless reversed by a majority vote of\n\nthe Board upon appeal thereto from such rulings of the president.\n\nThe secretary shall preserve a record of all proceedings in such\n\nhearings and shall furnish a transcript thereof to the defendant\n\nupon request therefor, provided the said defendant shall pay the\n\nactual cost of preparing such transcript.
