Whenever any license has been procured or obtained by fraud\n\nor misrepresentation on the licensure application, or was issued by\n\nmistake; or if the diploma of graduation in medicine and surgery or\n\nany other credentials required as necessary to the admission to the\n\nexamination for license were obtained by fraud or misrepresentation\n\non the licensure application, or were issued by mistake; or if the\n\nreciprocity endorsement from another state, upon which a license has\n\nbeen issued in this state, was procured by fraud or\n\nmisrepresentation, or was issued by mistake, it shall be the duty of\n\nthe State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision to take\n\nappropriate disciplinary action in the same manner as is provided by\n\nthe Oklahoma Allopathic Medical and Surgical Licensure and\n\nSupervision Act for the disciplining of unprofessional conduct or in\n\ncases of unintentional misrepresentation of information on the\n\nlicensure application, the State Board of Medical Licensure and\n\nSupervision shall delegate to the Board secretary the ability to\n\nissue a nondisciplinary administrative fine of up to but not more\n\nthan One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per licensure applicant or to\n\nrequire a continuing medical education course in ethics, or to take\n\nboth actions, to impress upon the applicant the seriousness of\n\ncompleting the application truthfully.\n\nB.
