Stat. tit. 59, § 59-511","heading":"Deposit of fees and other monies - Payments from fund -","body":"Disposition of balance.\n\nAll monies accruing to the Board from fees herein provided for,\n\nand from all other sources whatsoever, shall be received by the\n\nsecretary who shall make deposit thereof with the State Treasurer,\n\nwho shall place the same in a designated depository fund to the\n\ncredit of the Board. All salaries and expenses of the Board shall\n\nbe paid from said depository fund upon proper vouchers approved by\n\nthe secretary of the Board in the usual manner as the other similar\n\ndepartments of state.
