Stat. tit. 59, § 59-519.10","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"Any person not licensed under the Physician Assistant Act\n\nis guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to penalties\n\napplicable to the unlicensed practice of medicine if he or\n\nshe:\n\n1. Holds himself or herself out as a physician assistant;\n\n2. Uses any combination or abbreviation of the term \"physician\n\nassistant\" to indicate or imply that he or she is a physician\n\nassistant; or\n\n3.
