Stat. tit. 59, § 59-528","heading":"Board - Powers and duties","body":"The Board, acting upon the advice of the Committee, shall issue\n\nall licenses required by this act, and shall exercise the following\n\npowers and duties:\n\n1. To make rules and regulations deemed necessary to implement\n\nthe provisions of this act;\n\n2. To prescribe application forms for license applicants,\n\nlicense certificate forms and such other forms as necessary to\n\nimplement the provisions of this act;\n\n3. To establish guidelines for athletic trainers in this state;\n\n4. To prepare and conduct an examination for applicants for\n\nlicensure under this act;\n\n5. To keep a complete record of all licensed athletic trainers\n\nand to prepare an official listing of the names and addresses of all\n\nlicensed athletic trainers which shall be kept current. A copy of\n\nsuch listing shall be available to any person requesting it upon\n\npayment of a copying fee established by the Board;\n\n6. To keep a permanent record of all proceedings under this\n\nact;\n\n7. To employ and establish the duties of clerical personnel\n\nnecessary to carry out the provisions of this act; and\n\n8.
