Any person actively engaged as an athletic trainer in this\n\nstate on the effective date of this act shall, within six (6) months\n\nof that date, be issued a license if proof is submitted of five (5)\n\nyears' experience as an athletic trainer within the preceding ten-\n\nyear period, and the license fee required by the Oklahoma Athletic\n\nTrainers Act is paid. Nothing herein shall be construed to require\n\nany educational institution or other bona fide athletic organization\n\nto use the services of a licensed athletic trainer.\n\nB. Athletic trainers shall not misrepresent in any manner,\n\neither directly or indirectly, their skills, training, professional\n\ncredentials, identity or services.\n\nC.
