Nothing herein shall be construed to authorize the practice\n\nof medicine by any person. The provisions of this act do not apply\n\nto physicians licensed as such by the State Board of Medical\n\nLicensure and Supervision; to dentists, duly qualified and\n\nregistered under the laws of this state who confine their practice\n\nstrictly to dentistry as defined by this title; nor to licensed\n\noptometrists who confine their practice strictly to optometry as\n\ndefined by law; nor to licensed chiropractic physicians who confine\n\ntheir practice strictly to chiropractic as defined by law; nor to\n\nlicensed osteopathic physicians or osteopathic physicians and\n\nsurgeons who confine their practice strictly to osteopathy as\n\ndefined by law; nor to occupational therapists who confine their\n\npractice to occupational therapy as defined by this title; nor to\n\nnurses who practice nursing only as defined by this title; nor to\n\nduly licensed podiatric physicians who confine their practice\n\nstrictly to podiatric medicine as defined by law; nor to physical\n\ntherapists who confine their practice to physical therapy as defined\n\nby this title; nor to masseurs or masseuses in their particular\n\nsphere of labor; nor to commissioned or contract physicians or\n\nphysical therapists or physical therapists' assistants in the United\n\nStates Army, Navy, Air Force, Public Health and Marine Health\n\nServices.\n\nB.
