There is hereby created the Advisory Committee of Registered\n\nElectrologists. The Committee shall consist of three (3) members\n\nappointed by the Board. The Board may appoint the Committee members\n\nfrom a list of six (6) persons submitted annually by the Oklahoma\n\nState Electrologists' Association. Said persons shall have been\n\nlicensed electrologists for more than three (3) years, and at the\n\ntime, residents of this state and actively engaged in the practice\n\nof electrolysis as herein defined. No person shall be appointed to\n\nthe Committee who has been convicted of any felony or any crime\n\ninvolving moral turpitude.\n\nB. The terms of the members shall be for three (3) years and\n\nuntil their successors are appointed and qualify. Provided however,\n\nof those first appointed, one shall serve for one (1) year, one\n\nshall serve for two (2) years, and one shall serve for three (3)\n\nyears. Vacancies shall be filled in the manner of the original\n\nappointment for the unexpired portion of the term only. The Board,\n\nafter notice and opportunity for hearing, may remove any member of\n\nthe Committee for neglect of duty, incompetence, revocation or\n\nsuspension of his electrolysis license, or other dishonorable\n\nconduct.\n\nC. No member of the Committee shall be a stockholder in or a\n\nmember of the faculty or board of trustees of any school teaching\n\nelectrolysis or engaged in the training of electrologists.\n\nD. Members of the Committee shall elect from their number a\n\nchairperson. Special meetings of the Committee shall be called by\n\nthe chairperson on the written request of any three (3) members.\n\nThe Committee may recommend to the Board the adoption of rules\n\nnecessary to govern its proceedings and implement the purposes of\n\nthe Registered Electrologist Act.\n\nE.
