The Board may suspend or revoke the license of any person\n\nauthorized to practice electrolysis pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthe Registered Electrologist Act upon proof that the licensee:\n\n1. Has used fraud or deception in applying for a license or in\n\npassing the examination provided for in the Registered Electrologist\n\nAct;\n\n2. Has been guilty of unprofessional conduct defined by the\n\nrules established by the Board or has violated the Code of Ethics\n\nadopted by the Board;\n\n3. Has been guilty of fraud or deceit in connection with\n\nservices rendered as an electrologist;\n\n4. Has been grossly negligent in the practice of his\n\nprofession; or\n\n5. Has willfully violated any of the provisions of the\n\nRegistered Electrologist Act or any regulation adopted hereunder.\n\nB. No suspension or revocation shall be made until such person\n\nappears before the Board for a hearing.
