The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision shall:\n\n1. License and renew the licenses of duly qualified applicants;\n\n2. Maintain an up-to-date list of every person licensed to\n\npractice as a radiologist assistant pursuant to the Radiologist\n\nAssistant Licensure Act. The list shall show the licensee’s:\n\na. last-known place of employment,\n\nb. last-known place of residence, and\n\nc. the date and number of the license;\n\n3. Cause the prosecution of all persons violating the\n\nRadiologist Assistant Licensure Act and incur necessary expenses\n\ntherefor;\n\n4. Keep a record of all proceedings of the Board and make the\n\nrecord available to the public for inspection during reasonable\n\nbusiness hours;\n\n5. Conduct hearings upon charges calling for discipline of a\n\nlicensee, or denial, revocation, or suspension of a license; and\n\n6. Share information on a case-by-case basis of any person\n\nwhose license has been suspended, revoked, or denied. This\n\ninformation shall include the name, type and cause of action, date\n\nand penalty incurred, and the length of penalty. This information\n\nshall be available for public inspection during reasonable business\n\nhours and shall be supplied to similar boards in other states upon\n\nrequest.\n\nB. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may:\n\n1. Promulgate rules consistent with the laws of this state and\n\nin accordance with Article I of the Administrative Procedures Act as\n\nmay be necessary to enforce the provisions of the Radiologist\n\nAssistant Licensure Act;\n\n2. Employ such personnel as necessary to assist the Board in\n\nperforming its function;\n\n3. Establish license renewal requirements and procedures as\n\ndeemed appropriate; and\n\n4.
