The applicant, except where otherwise defined in the\n\nRadiologist Assistant Licensure Act, shall be required to pass an\n\nexamination, whereupon the State Board of Medical Licensure and\n\nSupervision may issue to the applicant a license to practice as a\n\nradiologist assistant.\n\nB. The Board may issue a license to practice as a radiologist\n\nassistant by endorsement to:\n\n1. An applicant who is currently licensed to practice as a\n\nradiologist assistant under the laws of another state, territory, or\n\ncountry if the qualifications of the applicant are deemed by the\n\nBoard to be equivalent to those required in this state;\n\n2. Applicants holding credentials who are certified and\n\nregistered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists\n\nand have completed a radiologist assistant program accredited by the\n\nAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists and passed the\n\nAmerican Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification\n\nexaminations, provided such credentials have not been suspended or\n\nrevoked; and\n\n3.
