Stat. tit. 59, § 59-541.8","heading":"Revocation or suspension of license – Refusal to renew –","body":"Probation.\n\nThe State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may revoke,\n\nsuspend, or refuse to renew any license, or place on probation, or\n\notherwise reprimand a licensee or deny a license to an applicant if\n\nit finds that the person:\n\n1. Is guilty of fraud or deceit in procuring or attempting to\n\nprocure a license or renewal of a license to practice as a\n\nradiologist assistant;\n\n2. Is unfit or incompetent by reason of negligence, habits, or\n\nother causes of incompetency;\n\n3. Is habitually intemperate in the use of alcoholic beverages;\n\n4. Is addicted to, or has improperly obtained, possessed, used\n\nor distributed habit-forming drugs or narcotics;\n\n5. Is guilty of dishonest or unethical conduct;\n\n6. Has practiced as a radiologist assistant after the license\n\nhas expired or has been suspended;\n\n7. Has practiced as a radiologist assistant under cover of any\n\nlicense illegally or fraudulently obtained or issued;\n\n8. Has violated or aided or abetted others in violation of any\n\nprovision of the Radiologist Assistant Licensure Act;\n\n9. Has been guilty of unprofessional conduct as defined by the\n\nrules established by the Board, or of violating the code of ethics\n\nadopted and published by the Board; or\n\n10.
