Stat. tit. 59, § 59-545.5","heading":"Licensee application requirements","body":"Upon a licensee's application for a Compact privilege, the\n\nlicensee shall identify to the Commission the participating state\n\nfrom which the licensee is applying, in accordance with applicable\n\nrules adopted by the Commission, and subject to the following\n\nrequirements:\n\n1. When applying for a Compact privilege, the licensee shall\n\nprovide the Commission with the address of the licensee's primary\n\nresidence and thereafter shall immediately report to the Commission\n\nany change in the address of the licensee's primary residence; and\n\n2.
