To qualify in this state as an approved program for\n\nregistered nurses, the program shall be conducted in the State of\n\nOklahoma in an accredited college or university leading to an\n\nassociate, baccalaureate, or higher degree in nursing. Such\n\nprograms shall meet the standards fixed by the Oklahoma Board of\n\nNursing and prescribed in its rules.\n\nB. To qualify in this state as an approved program for\n\npractical nurses, the program shall be conducted in this state in a\n\nschool or skill center approved by the Oklahoma Department of Career\n\nand Technology Education or licensed by the Oklahoma Board of\n\nPrivate Vocational Schools.
