Stat. tit. 59, § 59-567.13","heading":"Survey of nursing programs - Reports - Failure of","body":"approved program to maintain standards.\n\nIt shall be the duty of the Board, its Executive Director, or\n\nother registered nurse employees, to survey all programs of nursing\n\nin the state as prescribed in its rules. Written reports of each\n\nsurvey shall be submitted to the Board. If the Board determines\n\nthat any designated state-approved program of nursing is not\n\nmaintaining the standards required by this act, a warning notice\n\nthereof in writing specifying the criteria that the program has not\n\nmet shall be immediately given to the program by the Board.
