No person shall practice or offer to practice registered\n\nnursing, practical nursing, or advanced practice nursing in this\n\nstate unless the person has complied with the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Nursing Practice Act.\n\nB. Any person licensed or certified by the Oklahoma Board of\n\nNursing who provides direct care to patients shall, while on duty,\n\nwear an insignia or badge identifying the license or certification\n\nissued to such person by the Board.
