Stat. tit. 59, § 59-567.19","heading":"Rescission or withdrawal of license","body":"If a license is issued pursuant to this act to a person not\n\nentitled under this act to be licensed, the Executive Director may\n\nrescind or withdraw the license instanter, pending the final outcome\n\nof proceedings.
