The Oklahoma Board of Nursing shall promulgate rules\n\ngoverning the advertising of health care services by Advanced\n\nPractice Registered Nurses to include, but not be limited to, the\n\nspecialty areas or types of health care services Advanced Practice\n\nRegistered Nurses may advertise based on their training or\n\nexperience.\n\nB. Any such advertisement shall clearly state that the person\n\nproviding such services is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and\n\nshall not imply that the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is a\n\nphysician or that he or she may perform any medical service or\n\nprescribe any medication beyond those authorized under state law or\n\nin a manner otherwise inconsistent with state law.\n\nC.
