The Oklahoma Board of Nursing may impose a corrective action\n\nas set forth in the Board rules on a person licensed or regulated\n\nunder this act who violates the act or a rule. The corrective\n\naction may include remedial education, an administrative penalty, or\n\nany combination of remedial education and an administrative penalty.\n\nThe corrective action shall not be considered as disciplinary\n\naction. However, the Board may consider a corrective action in an\n\nindividual's subsequent violation of the Oklahoma Nursing Practice\n\nAct, Board rule or corrective action order.\n\nB.
