Stat. tit. 59, § 59-597","heading":"Penalties","body":"Violation of the provisions of this act shall be a misdemeanor.\n\nIf violation hereof is by a licensed optometrist the same shall\n\nconstitute grounds for revocation of such license whether or not he\n\nmay be also charged with a misdemeanor. The Board of Examiners in\n\nOptometry shall determine the existence of a violation of this act\n\nby an optometrist and shall proceed with revocation under powers\n\ngranted to said Board and in accordance with procedure prescribed in\n\nSection 585 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
