Stat. tit. 59, § 59-61.6","heading":"Board of Barber Examiners - Licenses","body":"Any person practicing the trade of barber, barber instructor, or\n\napprentice barber, without having at the time a valid, unrevoked\n\ncertificate, as provided in this act, or any person who as owner,\n\nlessee, manager, or in any other supervisory capacity, employs a\n\nperson practicing the trade of barber, barber instructor, or\n\napprentice barber without such person having a valid, unrevoked\n\ncertificate as a barber, barber instructor, or apprentice barber,\n\nshall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction,\n\nbe fined not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and each day\n\nof such practice, or each day such unlicensed person is so employed,\n\nshall constitute a separate offense.
