The State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall preserve a\n\nrecord of its proceedings which shall be kept electronically and\n\nopen to public inspection.\n\nB. The official register of licensed osteopathic physicians\n\navailable to the public shall include:\n\n1. The name, gender, license type, license status, and place of\n\npractice of each licensee;\n\n2. The practice specialty of each licensee and indication of\n\nwhether the licensee is board certified in such specialty; and\n\n3. Whether the licensee has had disciplinary action taken on\n\nhis or her Oklahoma license.\n\nThe register shall be prima facie evidence of all matters\n\ncontained therein.\n\nC.
