Each applicant who has met all requirements for licensure\n\nshall be issued a full and unrestricted license to practice as an\n\nosteopathic physician and surgeon. Upon application, the State\n\nBoard of Osteopathic Examiners may also issue special licenses,\n\npermits, warrants, and certificates including, but not limited to,\n\na:\n\n1. Temporary license;\n\n2. Resident training license;\n\n3. Advanced resident training license; or\n\n4. Temporary critical need license under Section 6011 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nB.
