Stat. tit. 59, § 59-634","heading":"Reciprocal license","body":"The State Board of Osteopathic Examiners may issue a license to\n\na practitioner who is currently licensed in any country, state,\n\nterritory or province, upon the following conditions:\n\n1. That the requirements of registration in the country, state,\n\nterritory or province in which the applicant is licensed are deemed\n\nby the Board to have been equivalent to the requirements of\n\nregistration in force in this state at the date of such license;\n\n2. That the applicant has no disciplinary matters pending\n\nagainst him or her in any country, state, territory or province; and\n\n3.
