Stat. tit. 59, § 59-637.2","heading":"Reconsideration of revocation or suspension of licensure","body":"— Application to reinstate.\n\nA. At any time after the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners\n\nhas revoked or suspended the license of any person to practice\n\nosteopathic medicine or surgery, the Board, upon its own motion and\n\nof its own authority and right, may reconsider such order and\n\ndecision for any reason deemed by it to be sufficient and may, in\n\nits discretion, reinstate the license of such person.\n\nB. At any time after the expiration of twelve (12) months from\n\nthe date the license of any person to practice osteopathic medicine\n\nor surgery has been revoked with the right to reapply, or at any\n\ntime after the expiration of six (6) months from the date the\n\nlicense of any person to practice osteopathic medicine or surgery\n\nhas been suspended by the Board, such person whose license has been\n\nso revoked or suspended may file an application with the executive\n\ndirector of the Board, together with an application fee set by the\n\nBoard, to reinstate the license.
