Stat. tit. 59, § 59-642.1","heading":"Self-reporting of criminal investigations, actions","body":"against licensure, voluntary resignations, and medical malpractice\n\nclaims.\n\nA. Every person licensed to practice osteopathic medicine by\n\nthe State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall report within\n\nfourteen (14) days any criminal investigation in a jurisdiction\n\nwhich concerns that person.\n\nB. Every person licensed to practice osteopathic medicine by\n\nthe Board shall report within fourteen (14) days any action taken to\n\nlimit their license, credentials, or other authorization to practice\n\nosteopathic medicine.\n\nC. If a person licensed to practice osteopathic medicine in\n\nthis state voluntarily resigns from the staff of a health care\n\ninstitution, or voluntarily limits that person’s own staff\n\nprivileges at a health care institution or fails to reapply for\n\nhospital or staff privileges at a health care institution, the\n\nperson shall report in writing such conduct to the Board within\n\nfourteen (14) days. If the conduct occurs while the person is under\n\nformal investigation by the institution or a committee thereof for\n\nany reason related to possible unprofessional conduct or possible\n\ninability to practice osteopathic medicine, that conduct shall be\n\nincluded in the report.\n\nD.
