Every person licensed to practice osteopathic medicine by\n\nthe State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall report to the Board\n\ninformation that the reporting person reasonably believes indicates\n\nthat a person licensed to practice medicine in this state is, or may\n\nbe, engaged in unprofessional conduct or may be unable to practice\n\nmedicine with reasonable skill or safety to patients.\n\nB. An individual, institution, agency, or organization required\n\nto report under this section who does so in good faith is not\n\nsubject to civil damages for reporting.\n\nC.
