Stat. tit. 59, § 59-644","heading":"State Board of Osteopathic Examiners Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, to be designated the\n\n“State Board of Osteopathic Examiners Revolving Fund”. The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of all monies received by the Board pursuant to\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act or the\n\nOklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program Act. All\n\nmonies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated\n\nand may be budgeted and expended by the Board for the purpose of\n\nenforcing the laws of this state which prohibit the unlawful\n\npractice of osteopathic medicine, for the dissemination of\n\ninformation to prevent the violation of such laws, for the purchase\n\nof supplies and such other expense as is necessary to properly\n\nimplement the provisions of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act or\n\nthe Oklahoma Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification Program Act, and\n\nfor any other purpose specified in Section 643 of this title.\n\nExpenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the\n\nState Treasurer against claims signed by an authorized employee or\n\nemployees of the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners and filed as\n\nprescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services for approval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 59"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os59.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"7d354b1a3ae807ab75cf5466e9bf5dfcf182acfafa439af9fefbcf83bb5f5427","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-643","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-59-59-645"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
