The State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall adopt such\n\nrules as may be necessary to implement the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act and may establish fees authorized\n\nbut not specified in the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act.\n\nB. The Board shall promulgate rules to identify essential\n\nelements of education and practice necessary to protect the public.\n\nC. The Board may prescribe by rule administrative remedies,\n\ndisciplinary actions, sanctions, and administrative procedures to\n\nprovide remedies and disciplinary actions for licensee violations of\n\nstatutory- or regulatory-prescribed unprofessional conduct, to\n\ninclude fines up to the limits otherwise prescribed by statute or\n\nrule.\n\nD.
