Stat. tit. 59, § 59-646.4","heading":"Twelve-month minimum for contact lens prescriptions","body":"Unless a health-related reason for the limitation is noted in\n\nthe patient's medical records, contact lens prescriptions shall not\n\nhave an expiration date of less than twelve (12) months from the\n\ndate the prescription is authorized or the last date of the contact\n\nlens evaluation by an Oklahoma-licensed optometrist, whichever date\n\nis later.
