Any seller or any person authorized to dispense contact\n\nlenses or visual aid glasses in this state who fills a prescription\n\nbears the full responsibility for the accurate dispensing of the\n\ncontact lenses or visual aid glasses provided under the\n\nprescription. At no time shall any changes or substitutions be\n\nmade, including brand, type of lenses or ophthalmic parameters,\n\nwithout the direction of the optometrist who issued the contact lens\n\nor visual aid glasses prescription.\n\nB.
