The practice of veterinary medicine shall include, but not\n\nbe limited to:\n\n1. Diagnosing, surgery, treating, correcting, changing,\n\nrelieving, or preventing animal disease, deformity, defect, injury\n\nor other physical or mental conditions including the prescribing or\n\nadministering of any drug, medicine, biologic, apparatus,\n\napplication, anesthetic, telemedicine, animal chiropractic diagnosis\n\nand treatment, or other therapeutic diagnostic substance or\n\ntechnique; dentistry; complementary and alternative therapies to be\n\ndefined by rule pursuant to Section 698.7 of Title 59 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes; testing for pregnancy or correcting sterility or\n\nenhancing fertility; or rendering advice or recommendation with\n\nregard to any of the above;\n\n2. Representing, directly or indirectly, publicly or privately,\n\nan ability and willingness to do any act prescribed in paragraph 1\n\nof this subsection; and\n\n3. Using any title words, abbreviation or letters by any person\n\nother than a licensed veterinarian in a manner or under\n\ncircumstances which induce the belief that the person using them is\n\nqualified to do any act described in paragraph 1 of this subsection.\n\nSuch use shall be prima facie evidence of the intention to represent\n\noneself as a licensed veterinarian engaged in the practice of\n\nveterinary medicine.\n\nB.
