It shall be unlawful for any person to practice or attempt\n\nto practice veterinary medicine without a current license or\n\ncertificate issued pursuant to the Oklahoma Veterinary Practice Act,\n\nor to knowingly aid or abet another person in the unlicensed\n\npractice or attempted practice of veterinary medicine in this state.\n\nB.
