Stat. tit. 59, § 59-698.28","heading":"Veterinary Medical Examiners Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nto be designated the \"Veterinary Medical Examiners Fund\" which shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Board of Veterinary\n\nMedical Examiners as provided by statute. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations. Monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe expended by the Board for carrying out the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Veterinary Practice Act.
