Investigators for the State Board of Veterinary Medical\n\nExaminers shall perform such services as are necessary in the\n\ninvestigation of criminal activity or preparation of administrative\n\nactions.\n\n2. In addition, investigators shall have the authority and duty\n\nto investigate and inspect the records of all licensees in order to\n\ndetermine whether the licensee is in compliance with applicable\n\nnarcotics and dangerous drug laws and regulations.\n\nB. Any investigator certified as a peace officer by the Council\n\non Law Enforcement Education and Training shall have statewide\n\njurisdiction to perform the duties authorized by this section.
