Stat. tit. 59, § 59-698.8a","heading":"Veterinary faculty license","body":"The State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners may issue a\n\nveterinary faculty license to any qualified applicant associated\n\nwith one of the state's institutions of higher learning and involved\n\nin the instructional program of either undergraduate or graduate\n\nveterinary medical students, subject to the following conditions:\n\n1. The holder of the veterinary faculty license shall be\n\nremunerated for the practice aspects of the services of the holder\n\nsolely from state, federal or institutional funds and not from the\n\npatient-owner beneficiary of his practice efforts;\n\n2. The applicant will furnish the Board with such proof as the\n\nBoard may deem necessary to demonstrate that:\n\na. the applicant is a graduate of a reputable school or\n\ncollege of veterinary medicine,\n\nb. the applicant has or will have a faculty position at\n\none of the state's institutions of higher learning and\n\nwill be involved in the instructional program of\n\neither undergraduate or graduate veterinary medical\n\nstudents, as certified by an authorized administrative\n\nofficial at such institution, and\n\nc. the applicant understands and agrees that the faculty\n\nlicense is valid only for the practice of veterinary\n\nmedicine as a faculty member of the institution;\n\n3. The license issued pursuant to this section may be revoked,\n\nsuspended or not renewed or the licensee may be placed on probation\n\nor otherwise disciplined in accordance with the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Veterinary Practice Act; and\n\n4.
