Stat. tit. 59, § 59-698.9a","heading":"Reinstatement of suspended, revoked or nonrenewed","body":"licenses or certificates.\n\nA. 1. Licenses or certificates suspended, revoked or not\n\nrenewed for any purpose may be reinstated upon the motion of the\n\nState Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners upon proper application\n\nof the licensee or certificate holder.\n\n2. A license or certificate suspended for failure to renew may\n\nbe reinstated by the president or secretary-treasurer of the Board.\n\nProvided, such action shall be approved or ratified, or may be\n\nrescinded by the Board at the Board meeting following such action.\n\nB. Requirements for reinstatement of a license or certificate\n\nwhich has been suspended, revoked or not renewed shall be by rule\n\nand shall include, but not be limited to, evidence that:\n\n1. All requirements for full licensure or certification have\n\nbeen met; and\n\n2.
